Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

A breathable, ecological quartz sand-based base coat obtained<\/p>\n

through an attentive blend of non-toxic and highly biodegradable<\/p>\n

chemical additives, selected quartz rocks and first class silica sands, all<\/p>\n

bound together with acrylic in-emulsion resins<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Characteristics<\/strong><\/p>\n

Product with a very low content of volatile organic solvents (VOC).<\/p>\n

Excellent cohesion and elasticity, good breathability, good resistance<\/p>\n

to weathering. ISOQUARZ thus exerts a function of reinforcement of<\/p>\n

the surface and doesn\u2019t give rise to instances of detachment from the<\/p>\n

wall. It allows in this way an optimal anchorage, resulting in a long<\/p>\n

lasting final result. Solid content : 57 %<\/p>\n

Composition<\/strong><\/p>\n

Quartz sand, silica sand, white titanium oxide, acrylic in-emulsion<\/p>\n

resins, water, cellulose, natural preservatives, vegetable anti-foaming<\/p>\n

agents.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Support surfaces<\/strong><\/p>\n

ISOQUARZ, thanks to its characteristics, is applied to every kind of<\/p>\n

surface and is also excellent in supporting further layers : paintings,<\/p>\n

plasters, marmorino stuccos, intonachinos and microcement, lime<\/p>\n

painting, also suitable for old buildings. Particularly recommended for<\/p>\n

plasters and drywalls. When ISOQUARZ is dry, his slightly rugged<\/p>\n

aspect (like thin sandpaper) facilitates the anchorage of successive<\/p>\n

finishing coats.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Preparation of surfaces<\/strong><\/p>\n

When applied to new surfaces no pre-treatment is necessary. On<\/p>\n

already tinted and\/or degraded surfaces the existing layer, owing to<\/p>\n

the problems of cohesion with the surface, must be<\/p>\n

removed and any cracks must be filled with putty. The background<\/p>\n

must be clean, dry, not friable, without salts or humidity, oil traces or<\/p>\n

greasy substances. Leave the new plaster to dry for at least 28<\/p>\n

days. A preliminary test after this phase is recommended.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Application<\/strong><\/p>\n

Stir well before use.<\/p>\n

Do not lay on upon a frozen, humid or eccessively hot surface, nor<\/p>\n

during a day with strong wind or heat. Utilisation temperature : from<\/p>\n

+5 \u00b0C to +30 \u00b0C. On the basis of the desired result, it can be used<\/p>\n

alone or diluted with maximum : 1 part of ISOQUARZ per 1 part of<\/p>\n

water. After applying ISOQUARZ, wait 24 hours before applying the<\/p>\n

first layer of paint or<\/p>\n

of finishing intonachino. Wash the tools with<\/p>\n

water after use.<\/p>\n

Warning<\/strong><\/p>\n

Protect doors, windows, structures and in general all parts which do<\/p>\n

not need to be painted. Any stain or spray must be immediately<\/p>\n

removed with water<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Yield<\/strong><\/p>\n

ISOQUARZ has a yield ranging from 8 to 14 m\u00b2\/ lt according to<\/p>\n

absorption, diluition and type of surface.<\/p>\n

How to apply the paint<\/strong><\/p>\n

ISOQUARZ can be laid with a brush, a roller or by spraying.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Containers and storage<\/strong><\/p>\n

5 lt or 15 lt plastic buckets<\/p>\n

Specific weight : kg 1,550 g x lt ISOQUARZ must be stored inside<\/p>\n

original well-sealed containers and remains stable for at least 12<\/p>\n

months, provided that it is kept in places with a temperature not<\/p>\n

below +5\u00b0C and not above +30\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Safety norms<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ventilate during laying.<\/p>\n

Avoid contact with skin and eyes, in case of contact wash immediately<\/p>\n

and abundantly with water. Keep out of the reach of children. Please<\/p>\n

refer to the safety data sheet for information regarding toxins.<\/p>\n

Disposal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dispose of the product according to the local regulations. Empty<\/p>\n

containers must be recycled.<\/p>\n

Category A\/h liquid phase :<\/p>\n

This product contains max 0,02 g\/l VOC. In accordance with the<\/p>\n
